VigPulse

Privacy

Your email reserves your place. Nothing more.

VigPulse collects one piece of personal information through the early-access waitlist: the email address you choose to submit. This page explains exactly what is stored, why it is needed, where it lives, and how to have it deleted.

The short version

One form. One purpose.

Joining the waitlist is optional. If you do, VigPulse uses your address only to reserve your early-access place, administer the 30-day offer, and contact you about launch access.

No credit card and no account

The waitlist does not create a product account, take payment, set a password, or connect to any sportsbook. No credit card is requested to reserve the 30-day offer.

Waitlist data

What is stored and why

The submission endpoint is a small Cloudflare Worker. It validates the request and writes the accepted record to a dedicated Cloudflare KV namespace.

Stored with your record

Four fields

Your normalized email address, submission time, source label, and the offer version associated with your reservation. The current offer label is 30-days-free-v1.

Deduplication

One place per address

A SHA-256 hash of the normalized address is used as the storage key so the same address cannot create duplicate reservations. The email itself remains in the stored record so VigPulse can contact you when your wave opens.

Abuse prevention

No raw IP stored

The endpoint uses a short-lived salted hash of the request IP to enforce a submission limit. The rate-limit key expires automatically. VigPulse does not store the raw IP address in the waitlist record.

Use and retention

Launch communication, not a blank cheque

Submitting the form authorizes communication needed to operate the early-access waitlist. It does not authorize unrelated advertising or the sale of your information.

How the address is used

  • Confirm or administer your waitlist place and 30-day offer.
  • Tell you when your access wave is opening.
  • Send essential launch, onboarding, or material offer updates.
  • Respond if you ask a privacy or support question.

How long it is kept

Waitlist records automatically expire from Cloudflare KV no later than 24 months after submission. VigPulse may delete them earlier—within 90 days after the associated onboarding window closes—unless the person becomes a customer or another legal reason requires retention. You may request deletion at any time.

No performance promise

A waitlist reservation and free-access offer are not a promise that VigPulse will produce a betting result, cover a particular market by a particular date, or make anyone profitable. Product coverage opens only when its data and measurement systems meet the stated quality gates.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare processes the request

Cloudflare hosts the static site, the waitlist Worker, and the KV namespace. Like any network provider, it processes technical request information to deliver the page and protect the service.

Hosting and storage

The site and waitlist run in the VigPulse operator's Cloudflare account. VigPulse does not send waitlist submissions to a third-party form vendor, CRM, ad network, or data broker.

Cookies and browser storage

The application sets no tracking cookie and writes no waitlist data to local or session storage. Calculator inputs remain in page memory and disappear on reload.

Analytics

No application analytics, advertising pixel, tag manager, or behavioral profile is installed. Cloudflare may maintain infrastructure and security logs under its own service terms; VigPulse does not combine them with waitlist records.

Your choices

Access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal

You can ask what waitlist information is held for your address, correct it, withdraw from the queue, or have it deleted.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] from the address concerned. That reply path is the least intrusive way to verify that the request concerns your record.

Children and eligibility

VigPulse discusses gambling markets and is intended for adults aged 21 and over. The waitlist is not directed at children. If an underage submission is identified, it will be deleted.

Policy changes

If VigPulse adds accounts, payment processing, product analytics, or a different communication purpose, this policy will be updated before that change ships. The effective date above will move with it.
