There is no product to buy on this site, no checkout, and no payment processor connected to it. That makes the current refund policy trivially short. The reason this page exists anyway is that the right time to publish a refund standard is before there is any money on the line.

The standard
What would apply if a paid tier ever launched
Cancel from inside the product
Cancellation would be a button in the account, not an email to support, not a phone call, and not a retention conversation you have to argue your way through. Access would run to the end of the period already paid for.
A real refund window
A no-questions refund window on first purchase, honoured whether or not the product was used, and stated in plain numbers at the point of payment rather than in a policy page.
No automatic price increases
A renewal at a higher price would require an explicit opt-in, with notice before the charge rather than a line item discovered on a statement.
Refunds when we break something
If a paid feature is materially broken, unavailable, or discontinued during a paid period, the affected time would be refunded without anyone having to ask twice.
The one refund we would never offer
A refund tied to whether your bets won. Guarantees of that shape — money back if you do not profit, refunds on a losing month — are a standard tout mechanic, and they work by implying that the seller controls an outcome nobody controls. Any paid VigPulse product would be sold as access to research and tooling, and it would be refundable on the quality of that access, never on the results of a wager.
The same logic rules out the reverse: no paid tier would ever be pitched on the basis of the paper record on the results page. That record is too small to support a claim, and selling against it would be a misrepresentation regardless of how the refund terms read.
Dark patterns that are ruled out in advance
- Trials that convert to paid without a clear notice before the charge.
- Cancellation flows that hide the cancel button behind retention offers.
- Annual plans that cannot be cancelled mid-term under any circumstances.
- Refund requests routed to a support queue designed to outlast the requester.
- Charging for the published ledger, which will stay free and complete.
Chargebacks and disputes
Not applicable today, since no payment has ever been taken. If that changes, disputes would be handled directly first, and a chargeback would never be treated as grounds to withhold access already paid for.
How to tell whether this page is out of date
If anything on this site ever carries a price, this page changes on the same day and its effective date moves. Until then, the entire policy is the heading: nothing is for sale.
